My uncle worked on the Saturn V during Apollo.

My brother worked for several years on the Space Launch System they are using for Artemis.

no cavities, grew up in a town with fluoridated water

There was to be a ballot measure about adding it to the water here some years ago.  Was approached by a signature gatherer or maybe just a get-out-the-vote guy at the grocery store.  He starts in with the post-industrial waste chemical bs and moves on to "do we really trust these people to be putting poison in our water?"
The science is in, done, settled.  Having the tooth's enamel exposed to fluoride hardens/strengthens it against cavities and decay.  Saves you money and prevents painful tooth problems.  I know that's not going to convince him, or Newbeeee.
My response: "You already trust these people to put poison in your water.  It's called chlorine.  Why?  Because it prevents adverse health effects and disease.  Samesies."  And mic drop. https://www.c-span.org/clip/white-house-event/user-clip-obama-out-mic-drop/4631010

The earth is flat and the rocket is just a big helium balloon.

On one hand, the level of conceit it takes to get on YouTube and pronounce to the world, I don't understand science so it must be fake, is infuriating. On the other hand, I feel sad for him. A mind that small would miss out on so many wonders of the world.

And don't forget this guy, a flat-earther dedicated to proving himself wrong.

He never figured out if it was round or flat, but he did figure out that it is solid.
