Glad there's no Clemson fans round here, they Suck!!

That GA - TN game was pretty exciting, was nice to see Big Orange Choke.

Semi Hot-Take: Arch Manning is officially not that good!   Alabama looked pretty good, very few mistakes.

Vandy is Awesome, well Pavia is

And somehow Texas remains in the top 10 after struggling to beat UTEP.
Manning was 11-25 for 114 yards with one pick and one td.
26.5 QBR.

The best meme I saw yesterday was "I've seen more Arch Manning commercials than completions".
There's overrated, and then there's Arch Manning overrated.

Handled our business against Purdue. I don't think we covered the spread... per usual.

24. Notre Lame - 0-2
25. USC - 3-0

SC's rank... I think it's fair. 24 or 25.

Notre Dame being 0 and 2 and STILL ranked is an affront to every other CFB school that is 3-0 or 2-1 below them.

I say this every year, pre-season rankings need to be removed.
They can and DO have an effect on the end of season ranking. Texas' And ND's 0-2 ranking proves it.

If there were no pre-season rankings and they were given in like week 3, no way in hell a lot of these teams would be ranked where they are.
They need to start in week 5.

Has anyone checked out the Prediction Markets on Robinhood?  I can legally "bet" on football in Alabama now.  You're buying Contracts on teams with live "odds".
Its pretty fun buying 20 contracts on your team at @ 22ยข each and riding the wave during the game.

This weekend doesn't have very many great games, Aub plays Oklahoma and FL plays Miami.
Jeff, MI is only favored 1.5 points over Nebraska???  Oh yeah, ya'll kinda lost everyone  ;D

USC handled it's business against Michigan State.
45 - 31 with about 2:30 to go USC ball. Sparty has no timeouts.

Michigan State plays HARD.

Penalties though... 10 for 79 yards. They GOTTA tighten that back up.

I still think ND is overrated.

SC is juat about where I think they should be at the moment.

That Purdue win is looking a little better. No score-wise but grit-wise. If SC would have played that exact game last year the exact same way, Sparty would have beat us. We committed come costly penalties in REALLY bad points in the game, but they buckled down and put it away in the last few minutes of the game.

Too many costly penalties last night against Sparty though. They gotta tighten that up.

Yep, lost a ton of people to the draft the last 2 years.
To be fair, Nebraska historically doesn't lose home games. But they have lost their last 6 Big Ten openers.
It was a great game.
We sacked their QB 7 times, ran all over them for 290 yards on 31 carries. Their QB is really good, they just need a better O-line and they're going places.

Our QB is going to be great....as soon as he learns how to throw 10 yard passes slower than 400 mph so the receivers have time to catch it lol.

Twice we scored in 1 play, so the time of possession is skewed in Nebraska's favor by 7 minutes.

The U leapfrogs Penn State to take the #2 spot.
Michigan moves up 2 to #19
USC moves up 4 to #21
nd goes to #22
Oregon doesn't move, stays at #6 they should have swapped places with Georgia IMO. I've never been in favor of being leapfrogged when idle, but if they have Miami doing it, then they should have Oregon do it or don't do it at all.

And for some reason Texas is still in the top 10.
