The process of manufacturing meth is dangerous AF. Not uncommon for a house or two or more to get leveled when one goes off.

When cops raid meth labs, EOD in addition to HazMat is on hand due to the HIGHLY explosive nature of the chemicals involved.

BOTH would be accurate. The headline AND/OR the presser. I'm often highly critical of the headlines not matching the story... in this specific case, I give the shitbird press a pass.
