I'm just a guy with an opinion, but if I could add anything here I'd say that I wish we could all just keep to criticizing other's ideas, but stop short of attacking another's *person*....there is a difference (and I feel it's very important).

I'n only a fan of the death penalty in cases where there is unequivocal evidence of guilt. In that case, sorta paraphrasing Ron White, there should be an express lane.
