you are correct =). version 7.2 would finally run decent. Version 8 was hinky but version 9 and it's updates were the rockstar! Right behind version 6 which I feel was the most stable ;-)

V6.13a was the most stable ever. However, no tool path associativity, so, today it would be useless aside from probably not even running on today's workstations. I'd wager even some 201x versions may struggle with current hardware.

Matt has a truckload of problems with MC on his company's rig. He's running Verisurf though. I'm really starting wo wonder if it's the CMM drivers that are causing his system's instability. I mean, there's people that have issues, then his workstation is on a whole other level.
