However, Cali counts ballots for another 5 weeks.
During those five weeks "spoiled ballots" , "lost ballots", "misplaced ballots", "damaged ballots"  and "cured ballots" trickled in. They always were 9 to 1 D and continued to trickle in until solid R wins turned into barely D victories.
