Harris said that Pete Buttigieg was her first choice as vp running mate. But she didn't choose him because he is gay.

when pressed to explain why, she said, you can't have a black woman and a gay man on the ticket. The electorate is too bigoted for that.  Let that sink for a little while. Because she knows she's not getting republican votes anyway. when she says the electorate is too bigoted she is talking about democrats and moderates.

In her world view her own constituents are racist and bigots. This is also why we hear the word salads. She can't make herself say what she truly thinks.

As I was listening to Obama talk about Charlie Kirk last week the normally articulate former president kept stumbling over words talking in circles, and what seemed obvious to me was that he was trying so hard not to say what he is actually thinking.

And when asked about the Pennsylvania governor she replied, too Jewish. :fun:

The Dems have "painted themselves into a corner" when it comes to DEI and identity politics. They pushed the racist/bigoted/xenophobe/etc. to the maximum emotional trigger and they now have created an irrational and unfunctional base. They can't win for choosing. Any choice they make offends some group they have hammered into believing they are the most oppressed/discriminated against or it offends the moderate rational voters they have left. In fairness, the R's have also done this to an extent, just not as extreme of divide in the R party.

The Left will have to find someone to nominate that's not a complete looney tune if they wanna win anything.

Hate to tell em, the far Left appeals to *maybe* 2% of the voting population - that isn't gonna work.

The only chance the left has, in my opinion, is that the independents are tired of the expansion of executive power and blatant corruption.

I think that Ann Coulter is the only Republican who's had the balls to say the quiet part out loud.

Ann Coulter: Trump is the most corrupt President in history, and I don't care.

She sure changed her tune once she wasn't part of the club anymore. She turned on him after the 2020 election thinking it would get her in good graces with the establishment in control, but in truth she is too far right for them. Now that trump is back in power her only angle is her as a former Trump supporter that is now bashing him. If she didn't do that she would of zero value to the media. She was all for him during his first term. If she didn't decide to go along with the stolen election results she could be part of the club today.

"Most corrupt POTUS in History."

Rich considering that Obama and Clinton are not only still alive but still wield considerable power.... and their considerable wealth accumulated while in office and after.

Last time I checked,  you have to go clear back to Harry S. Truman to find a POTUS worth more when he entered office than when he left.

I used to at least respect Ann Coulter but she's off the rails just acting like the jealous ex.

Sorry, misread that.

So far, Trump is up 3 billion dollars, all from his crypto scams. I wonder how that compares to any other president in history?

She is back to supporting Trump.  :D

I saw her on the Roast of Rob Lowe. I didn't know she had her own roast.

They were brutal on her during Rob Lowes roast.

You are looking at the people's views of the politicians. I'm looking at the way different politicians view the electorate. And Harris' view of the electorate is that not only are republicans bigots and racists, she thinks her own voters are. That does not speak well for the Democratic Party if the leaders at the top of their party actually think racist bigots elected them.

That was it. They weren't too kind to her, and she didn't take it very well. I almost felt sorry for her until I remembered that it was Ann Coulter.
