I could be wrong, but I don't think he has ever been banned. I think he got tired of Neuro calling him out on his crap.

He can't get on the forum right now. Newb and I had a public conversation about this last week, although I don't know how clear it was to anyone following.

I told newb that if it is important enough to him, have him contact me. Something I doubt he will do.
