I'm not smart enough to know if the ACA was a great idea, but the Republicans have been gutting it little by little every chance they get. We'll never really know if it ever stood a chance to be successful.

encouraging is in quotes because the Office of War used to review movie scripts before movies could be made\released. Democrats never seem to like, their own former policy positions.
