I haven't been paying attention because it's not in my State.  I can't imagine it has a chance of passing. Not to mention, it would be nearly impossible to enforce.

I see that someone made a video and posted it to r/VPN on reddit about the UK sitution.

I don't see how they could outlaw VPN's. That would yet be another PRIME example of .gov not thinking things through.

I lost count of the number of people I know that work at least a portion of the time remotely, that is how they access company network resources securely. Politicians just gonna be "sorry not sorry, you can't work now."?

I don't think they would, or care to, outlaw private VPN's.

Public/commercial VPN's however..
