Mirroring textures they have no information for? If there's only photos from one side of those mountains I can see them using tools to fill in the gaps. The textures in general around there seem pretty bad too, stretched all over the topographical geometry.

Unless there are some good stories about this being a Stargate location or a secret quay for loading and unloading from the Antarctic cities, I'm going to say this one is pretty benign from my POV.
