BBC took part of a Trump speech, then tacked on something to the end that he said nearly an hour later and presented it a single quote. This was done to make it appear that Trump was advocating violence on Jan 6th. This was done shortly before the 2024 election in hopes that it would cost him votes.

Bias is one thing. Straight up changing someone's words and presenting it as a quote is something very different.
