I mean that may be a little bit far, but there are some terrible places to get an education (or lack of).

The school I went to and where my daughter attends (k-12) is kind of a public school, but also privately funded by a bunch of old ladies - Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR)

Home schooling is fine if you have the time and ability to do so.

Public schools are basically prisons that hold back talented people....

That certainly was my experience.  Once got shouted down by my second grade teacher for asking a question in a science lesson.  Was told I was holding up the class and making it hard for her to teach the other students.  It only occurred to me later that she probably didn't know the answer.

I'll go back to being a conservative, when conservatives go back to being conservative.

I'm not sure that singing songs about the joys of transgenderism counts as a science curriculum, but what ever. LOL

My maffs DEFINITELY wasn't maffin until I I got into drafting, woodshop and installing car stereos. Once I becames a muhsheenest... SO much clicked after that.

Make it physical and I can wrap my head around it and understand it. Theoretical bovine excrement in textbooks is just trash... and I ain't gots time fo that nonsense.
