Watching that video, he first shot into the windshield. and he didn't step in front of the car, he was to the side of the passenger side of the car until she backed up which put him in front of the passenger side and he quickly moved to the driver side of the car and might have had time to step around from the front side of the car if she had not pulled forward. And he had someone following him with a phone in his face harrassing him while this incident was occurring. We haven't see the video from that lady yet.

Looks to me like he pulled his gun when she was backing up.  So he was reacting to a "threat" moving away from him.  Then the "I'm a physician." "I don't care" is a really good look.

I just read that the FBI shut down access to evidence from Minnesota investigators.

If that's true, that's also not a good look.

None of what ICE has done for half a year has been a good look.  But the shooting officer leaving the scene before any investigation is a new low.

when she backed up and turned her wheels she put him in front of the car. whether she did that on purpose to run him over or if that just an accidental positioning is a fair debate that we'll never get an answer to. But at the same time. you are in a car, one officer tells you to get out of the car and another is in front of your car with pistol drawn, what's your next move? she made a split second decision and so did he.

Then the "I'm a physician." "I don't care" is a really good look.

she stayed behind the stalled ICE vehicle. I take that back she stayed near the rear side of the red car and was able to back up behind the  stalled vehicle when her vehicle started to backup

Who knows if the Minnesota "investigators" won't fuck with the evidence? Whatever evidence there is.

ICE officer hospitalized? maybe for emotional problems. Legit reason actually.

I fully support the right to protest. However, she was not simply protesting. She was blocking ICE agents from doing their thing. That is illegal. ICE did have enough vehicles there to fully block any escape route. The armchair quarterback in me thinks they should of done that then detained her.

I'm not saying they haven't ever done that. But if the biased city got ahold of it, you can bet they would have tried to destroy or doctor anything incriminating.
There's probably a lot more checks and balances in a federal investigation than a biased city one.

Watch the one I just posted, if you slow it down you can see the car hit the agent and that's when he fires.
It happens fast. The angle that the MSM is pushing you can't see the agent get hit by the car.

When you watch the slowed down version of the video, his feet were on the side of the vehicle (as pointed out by the audio in the video) when he fired the first shot. Then he fired two more shots in the side window as she drove past him.

It definitely looks like he was bumped with the vehicle.
