Sometimes I think that all this tariff / no-tariff is just fake news.  But it's never about what its about.  I think the whole plan is market manipulation and the SEC should probably roll some heads.  Every time there's an announcement of tariffs, the market moves.  Yesterday down 2-2½%, today back up a little over 1%.  A guy (or gal) who knew about that about 15 minutes before the presidential tweet could really play those swings.  And this s#!t happens every week, all year long.  (and what a loooong year it's been!)
