I was thinking more of the cable breaking and severing the head of an apprentice/Intern. Low cost to the employer and easily replaced. 8)

As a law abiding citizen, my odds of being shot, mugged or murdered by one of ICE's potential customers is much higher
than my odds of being shot or tear gassed by ICE.
