LOL, Ekberg has to be one of the most debunked youtube doctors. PHD level researchers that do actual studies critique his BS all the time. If you are looking for confirmation bias to support the diet you want to eat, he's great. He really good at cherry picking one statement or data point from a study to use as his justification, even if the overall study negates that. I even seen debunks where the studies authors say he is misreading the data or intentionally misleading what the data says.
