Being serious for a second - it's not just the USA. It's going to shit everywhere.
And do you think for one second, Buyed-In actually had the "nuke codes" on him - and that he was cognitively able to "lead and control" the MiL?

No argument from me on the cognitive acuity of Biden. 
But he did not have Project 2025.
He finished (a messy) withdrawal from Afghanistan (on a timeline committed to by Trump).  And didn't start any new wars.  He didn't kidnap the president of a Central/South American sovereign nation.  (US requested and was granted extradition for Hernández.)  He didn't go on about stolen elections and try to change voting laws to disenfranchise people who he thought voted against him.  And, while being more than a little past his prime, in general he was not an arrogant loudmouth making shit up as he went along.  And then repeating it when told that it was patently false.  Did he have some gaffes?  Sure.  Spend enough time speaking to or in front of people and you're bound to tangle your tongue or say something stupid when put on the spot.  (Take a look at this forum.)  Most people look at that as something to be avoided, not an enhancement.  Maybe Sandvik would call it a feature not a bug, but most folks tell them to shove it as well.

And I'm pretty sure that towards the end of orange idiot's first term they were not giving him the real codes, precisely because top military brass was concerned with how unhinged he was becoming and didn't want him to do anything foolish with regard to Iran in his last couple lame duck months in office.

My 10bucks FWIW says none of them have "codes" as they don't actually exist - it's all for drama.
And head positions of all agency's of all countries are only there to do as they are instructed aka rubber stamp the implementation.
