Riggers are bringing in our 4th Okuma LT3000ex today. This one has triple turrets. 16 stations, live tool, and Y axis on all turrets. We also got a 6 foot LNS bar feeder. This is our first bar feeder, the rest are robot loaded.

Nice.

We started putting in a mini pool/massive hot tub...

Oh, and that conduit to the right? No, we didn't know it was there. Yes, It's full of live 480v.

Maybe we can make it the base of a swim up bar or something. I'm sure it's watertight.

Well that could have gotten exciting.  How'd you find it without tearing into it?

Nice! Those triple turret LT's, especially with Milling, are great machines.

You just need an application that handles multi channel turning and milling with ease :)

PencilCam?  ;)

Our TopSolid posts are awesome. No had editing code. What you see on the screen is what you get in the machine. Compliment that with Okuma CAS and machine lock code runs and the pucker factor of proving a new part is almost 0.

We're about to cut our first full blown production part today using Turn Cut. Between TopSolid and Vericut, there has just been some minor machine and post tweaking, but it is all looking good.

The kinematic tie win with the posts is a big advantage, especially when you start dealing with multi channel.

Pure luck.

Saw missed it cutting the slab.

Ground under the slab was as hard as the slab so it was jackhammered with the skid steer a bit. Somehow missed it.

Then when the excavator started digging he just scraped it.
