The one I was looking for is older than these two and happened in Wilsonville on the north end of the bridge crossing the Willamette River south of Portland.  The internet got hung up giving me five instances of the two above, even with Wilsonville in the search.  Go figure.

But my favorite spill was much sweeter, if equally messy.  And of course the internet won't produce the one I'm looking for on one of the highways between I-5 and the Oregon coast.  Only this one.  I didn't know cows like skittles.
