so , I keep having an argument with "QC"
the example , pre plate tolerance is "nominal .180" dia. the tolerance for plating allowance' is .1868 to .1776 so I do the math and keep coming up with .1822 as "nominal"
did I miss something? or is nominal not the middle of the tolerance anymore?
there's probably 40 dimensions like this on my part report. going down the report I have to math all the "nominals to hit exact middle and it takes a bit ..

Zoffen

.1868-.1776=.0092

.0092/2=.0046

.1776+.0046 = .1822

Unless I'm retarded. The people you work with are Retarded.
