So you WOULD warn about cops during an ISO audit done without a warrant or court order.

If a governing body has authority under law to conduct an audit, that's equivalent to a court order.

Then by that logic since the constitution gives authority of elections to state legislatures then the AZ legislature has full authority to do the audit, including all of the documentation and voting machine access they have subpoenaed.
