I've always liked the Reds. The Big Red Machine. Great 70's teams. Johnny Bench, Pete Rose, Joe Morgan, George Foster, Cesar Geronimo, Tony Perez, Dave Concepcion, Ken Griffey. Rivaled the '27 Yankees in hitting.

Back then the All Star game was played by those who actually deserved it. In the Seventies the national league roster was almost all Reds and Dodgers.

Edit: you missed Lee May and Bobby Toland from your list.

Cubs hater!!

I don't mind if they win a WS every 100 years.

I would hope that I see at least one more WS for the Cubs but that could very well not happen. I started as a Reds fan when our family moved to Ohio. I went to Crosley field about a dozen times and then Riverfront about the same number of times.

Cubs kicked our ass.

Nope sorry Fish But he gets Three feet on either side o' the Line to avoid a tag.

Watch again, Then watch again, Then watch again.

Pert soon you'll be so used to watching The Cubbies you May as well switch.

Running to first he has to stay to right of line. If not he can be called out.

Only if in doing so he directly interferes with a throw.  And he actually has to be to the left of the line to touch the base.  And really the baseline is a direct line to the base from wherever a runner is when the play starts, the white line isn't the baseline.
