As far as I know TS only has one license for turning that will program and simulate multi-channel machines. If you need milling function you can get 2.5d license, 3d license, or 5x license and add as needed.

You buy lathe, and you get multi channel lathe. No special addon (and extra cost), no different post language.

You buy mill, and you get multi channel mill. No special addon (and extra cost). No different post language.

You buy mill, and lathe, and you get multi channel mill and multi channel lathe (and extra cost). No different post language. Mill + Lathe = Mill/Turn. There is no Mill-Turn addon in TS. It isn't needed.
