What's your go to face mill no bigger than 3" dia, 3/4-1" endmill PCD coated. I'm cutting Alum Armor plate
from 3" to 9" thick, up to 86" x  192" plate. 5 axis HRZ 28,000 rpm

Sandvik Century for PCD, I believe they start at 40mm dia.

We use Becker PCD inserts in our lathes and in a few flycutters in our mills (6", 8", and 12"). They work great. We did do a little testing with a 3 in insert mill with great results, we needed bigger diameters that could go through the ATC so we went to the flycutters.
