Judge is PISSED at prosecutor. Kicked the jury out twice to ream him.

Almost like they're trying to provoke a mistrial cause they know they're losing bad.

Then I was stupid enough to check out the comment sections
40+ pages of threats of violence towards this kid

I know that this was inadmissible and I'm not saying that this should be used in the trial - but knowing that there is a video of him saying that he would have shot some people for shoplifting doesn't really look good for his character or his intent to go to Kenosha.  

That one little tidbit of testimony could have a huge impact on the jury.

So at that point do you declare mistrial ?

I'm guessing that going out and getting loaded while on bail, being videoed with a group of people singing the proud boys anthem and flashing white power signs isn't going to say a lot about his character either.

By the way - when did the OK hand sign become a white power thing?

I looked it up after I asked.

Apparently the QAnon group on 4chan started the rumor that the OK sign was the new sign of white supremacists as a joke on liberal media. They wanted to see how long it took before they climbed all over it and made fools of themselves.  

The joke ended up working too well because the sign actually started to be used as a secret symbol by these groups to help spot potential sympathizers and recruits.  

So now I guess anybody who does this is considered a racist sympathizer. :rolleyes:
