Our GM, accountant out with covid. Maybe our owner. He didn't look right at all yesterday, walking wobbly and looking confused. Why he came in work well, that's how he is. He's 84. Unvaccinated. I'm worried. His wife came later to take him home.

Most of the patients currently being treated for COVID-19 in hospitals are unvaccinated, said Professor Veronica Uekermann, head of the COVID-19 response team at Steve Biko Academic Hospital. About 40% of adult South Africans have been inoculated with two doses.

"All my patients in ICU are unvaccinated," Uekermann said. "So our vaccinated people are doing better in this wave, for sure.

So I took a couple at home rapid tests to confirm that I got Covid. I never went to take an official PCR test. That got me thinking. In this latest wave going through MN, how many people were testing positive at home like me but never going in for an official test. I wonder if the positive numbers are even larger than being reported because of at home tests.

These studies also revealed that the PPE and masks were essentially ineffective in the healthcare setting.

So there's that.

Moreover, existing immunity should be assessed before any vaccination, via an accurate, dependable, and reliable antibody test (or T cell immunity test) or be based on documentation of prior infection (a previous positive PCR or antigen test). Such would be evidence of immunity that is equal to that of vaccination and the immunity should be provided the same societal status as any vaccine-induced immunity. This will function to mitigate the societal anxiety with these forced vaccine mandates and societal upheaval due to job loss, denial of societal privileges etc. Tearing apart the vaccinated and the unvaccinated in a society, separating them, is not medically or scientifically supportable.

As much as MY medical information isn't ANYBODY's business but mine and whom I CHOOSE to share it with... I would, with a GREAT DEAL of hesitation support this. I say it that way because "what's next?". You KNOW something else is next. Afterall, when has government EVER stopped it's pursuits of intrusions into our lives?

Of the 794 beds and 91 bassinets that UMass Memorial Medical Center has, 92 are currently filled by COVID patients with 29 of the 102 adult and 10 pediatric ICU beds occupied by COVID patients as of Wednesday.

Out of 885 beds 92 are covid. That's around 11 percent of beds. It's higher in the ICU percentage wise but these people have had almost 2 years to address this. One of the things that they are not talking about much is how many people are being hospitalized because they deferred seeing doctors for issues because of the panic porn. In addition to that not only have we not increased beds but have actually lost 500.

People in charge should be fired. Unprecedented shortages. Gee I wonder if mandates had anything to do with it? They have fired hundreds of workers.
