Trailer did a wheelie and lifted the back tires of the truck off the ground. Parking brake and park don't do much if the truck is in 2 wheel drive.

Hindsight I know, but should have put the tractor in reverse and backed off the trailer. Would have stopped quickly.

Once the rear tires get put back down the parking brake starts working again, unless that's broken it will stop again.
