The question is why has it been a failure. IMO, activist judges ruling against every DOGE action they try to take sure makes it hard to get anything done.

It seems they're on a task to gather data from many different agencies and leave chaos in their wake to hide their true intentions.

What are they gathering data for? Maybe Frenchy will come in and give his ideas.

Yes, there has been decrees (would call them rulings but they lacked legal justification) stopping them from entering buildings, accessing data, preventing layoffs, overturning pausing USAID disbursements, etc. The current Dem playbook to obstruct a rightfully elected admin from doing their constitutionally mandated job is to run to a liberal judge and get an injunction, restraining order, or other decree.
