Started walking bout two months ago. slow one lap at a time .75 mile.

Dumped the alcohol. Fresh fruits and veggies. Legumes. some lean meat chicken.

No Dairy Nada.

Walk twice a day 5 miles we have a set of woods 3blocks from the house and it's beautiful lots of trees and paved paths.

Down 22 Lbs. ;D  15 to go target is 185 lbs. Thanks YoDoug. :D

Gut feels Great , sleep like a log. :)

Ham and beans great northerns , Split Pea with Ham. for Dinner. 2 cups.

The real deal was just getting off my ass. ;)
