HICUT code example,
for a counterbore of a bolt hoe
the code is literally 80 pages long.
they use some crazy feeds like 300" on a .5 dia c- bore but the hicut overrides it to like 11"

Wow, that's just pure laziness. Not having feeds even close to what they should be and relying on accuracy settings to do their work for them.
For a simple counterbore that is probably +/- .005" they should be using .001" or even .002" for that value.

We keep ours at .002" for damn near everything unless it's a tight tolerance then I adjust down to .0002"
