My job requires a secret clearance, but I've yet to hear much of anything from my direct employer stating if they're gonna fire the unvaccinated.  I already got the J&J but I haven't disclosed that.  There's a lotta folks attempting the religious exemption.  We'll see tho, I do stand with those refusing as I don't agree either.

I think there's a lawsuit to shut down the mandate for the military and people employed by the military.

My state did a vax lottery. 5 one million dollar prizes and 5 three hundred thousand dollar scholarship prizes for those under 18. Six and a half million dollars of tax payer money and it did nothing. The ways they waste our money astounds and infuriates me.

A little simple math comparing the two sets of info shows that over the last 6 weeks breakthrough case counts have gone from 20-25% to 50%+. The daily case count lags about a week so last weeks numbers are not solid yet, but if the trend continues it could as high as 75% of new cases are in fully vaxxed people. There has been a few media outlets tracking this data and publishing it. So what does MN do to keep the scam going, They somehow come up with a "re-infected" count that they say they previously hadn't reported and added it into the new case count this week. 8000+ cases just magically added in. This will skew the breakthrough % much lower sot hey can falsely claim the vax is still working.

Today this company started the process of complying to the OSHA mandate just in case the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals Federal injunction gets overturned. The weekly testing will be in-house and free. The masks weren't mentioned so I'm guessing we will have to provide them ourselves. This will only start after all the appeals have ended and the mandate stands but because of the massive fines the start up process needs to begin right away.

The 2003 court case against defense secretary Rumsfeld makes it clear that all these mandates are 100% illegal.

Rumsfeld appears to have had many court cases. The Anthrax case was conducted by the United States District Court (District of Columbia). The current mandate injunction is from the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in which I think the next step is the Supreme Court but I could be wrong.

well, there are two mandates. The one for government contractors (not the 100 employee) seem most analogous to the rumsfeld one that states the military can't force service members to submit to inoculations.
 at least that's my unprofessional hope/opinion

Seeing my wife and I had the virus I suspect our immunity is far greater than the "we are hopeful" vaccinated.

My place of employment (100+) has not stated anything about a mandate, but they ARE requiring everyone wear a mask again. Seeing we had the latest surge run rampant and taking a majority of the vaccinated out of commission.

and the problem is the vaccinated then blame the unvaccinated instead of realizing the "vaxx" isn't working like the "science" suggested it would..  imagine that science not being 100% correct
