I remember back when I first joined the forum, the same questions would get asked every other day. Most of them were questions like "how to I post without every operation posting as a separate file".

Yes, the tower doesn't want questions about 3rd party & post dev answered there anymore, because of the sheer amount of pirates!

I've never been back since OT got Woked.

I haven't been on there since January. We only have one license of Mcam design here for use with Verisurf and our Romer arm so I don't need to get much Mcam help these days.

I hang around there to advertise this site and poach customers, if I can.

II tried to work out a deal to put ads on their site and pay for it, but they said they don't want to help "a competitor".

I haven't been on there since January.

I've been there only 2-3 times since. Mainly because of the new post processor "engine?" that is being developed.
I still haven't messed with it much yet.

I wonder if there was more to that then met the eye.  I can't help but think that it had something to do with Mastercam selling off to Sandvik. It could have just been coincidental timing.
