Am I correct to assume that this forum requires funds to be maintained? If so,we need a mechanism to contribute to the running of this forum.I have 20 bucks to the powers that be. Speak up!

Pretty sure it was Dave (Neurosis) who is paying for the Server. (Not sure if this is remotely hosted, or if Dave built a server, and is running the board from his living room?)

I have it hosted on a public web hosting severer.  I have too many power outages to host something like this from my house.  I have considered it. It would be a LOT easier to maintain.   :lol:  

I appreciate the offers. This has been brought up a few times already.  The site is covered for the next three years. I can't thank everyone enough for offering.

If we end up with a busy server and people are willing to stick around for that long, I'll put some kind of voluntary donation link up when we get close to the end of that three years.  I'd even be happy to turn it over to someone (Byte?) :)   if they want.  We have plenty of time to think about that.

I should add to this - There has already been some discussion about changing the domain name to something that is a little less ridiculous.   :lol:  Especially if the help section starts to see some traffic.  

If the site grows some legs, we may start a thread asking for recommendations and create a poll for the best ones.

Could always get some FleeMastercam.com shirts made up. Would be pretty funny to wear to a Mastercam event. But, I'm sure someone from IHS or CNC Software would have a bitch fit about using "Mastercam".
