How do you get rid of the invalid axis combination warning?

I was building a router machine, and I followed the layout of similar machines I have, but mastercam says the combination is knvalid, why?

Add more than you need and call it a day.

It worked once I used a new set of linear axis defined as vmc instead of just creating one as a linear axis..

The one I was trying to modify kept complaining the axis combination was wrong, so I deleted everything and rebuilt the tree from scratch and it worked...

They made some changes to the MD and now previously not OK axis combinations were allowed. Now they are not.

The issue I had was that the machine set up for simulation was not compatible with the machine definition, and the cryptic warning message about axis combination doesn't refer to the md but the machine set for simulation.

Also it screams about the combination being wrong even if its fine when i change something, unless I rebuild the machine from scratch, in which case its fine.
