It's weird how different news outlets are covering this. If you listen to Forbes, or ABC, etc, they say that the ratings are amazing.

If you listen to Fox or one of the right leaning outlets, they say that the ratings were abysmal.   

I do know that The Big Bang Theories final episode, which was considered to be one of the highest rated shows on television at the time, had 23 million viewers.  The hearing had about 20 million.

I'm not sure what that means necessarily?  But it doesn't sound "abysmal".

Don't forget how skewed those ratings are because every news station except Fox aired it. Fox Business aired it.
Now, imagine how many tv's are in every airport the US airing news stations 24/7.
That would skew the numbers by a large margin.
I know of only 1 person that watched it. My aunt. Of course she hates Trump because she bought into all of the hate propaganda.

The Federalist claims 19million.  And they are about as right leaning as you can get.

They got the 20 million figure by combining figures from ABC, CBS, NBC, and 3 or 4 cable news networks.
There is no way to know if that figure is accurate.
I would not believe the people reporting these numbers if they were telling me the time of day.
They are known and proven serial liars so it is a safe bet they are padding these numbers at the very least.
On a personal note, my family did not watch and don't know anyone who did.

The Jan 6 hearings are a farce. They have been caught editing, hiding and inventing evidence numerous times
All the prime time BS in the world will not change that.

On a personal note, my family did not watch and don't know anyone who did.

I probably only know one or two people who even give enough of a crap to watch it. Everyone else either don't care, or think the same thing that you do.

I watched about 10 minutes until Liz Cheney got on my nerves and I haven't watched it since. I did catch some clips of Barr trashing Trump on the radio today.  He didn't paint Trump in a very good light and even went as far as saying that Trump was detached from reality.
