I was listening to piece on NPR about this while driving to work this morning.
A scare piece about radical right wing Trump endorsed lunatics who were "going to take away our freedoms"
if they got elected.  There was not one word about the Democratic party pumping millions into these races

According to Ballotpedia Trump's Endorsement record so far is 179-16. No matter how anyone slices that record, it really says that he has struck a cord with a massive number of voters.

A lot of people on the right see him as some sort of savior and are like 100% on board with the guy. For me personally I've never really liked his personality. That being said, he's the first President in my lifetime to actually stand up to the shitbirds on the left and call them out for the shit birds they are. He's crass AF and nice guys have been getting trounced for decades. So... bring the crass from the rafters and rain it down on the left. They deserve every bit of it and then some. 

We are in the position we are in as a nation for a variety of reasons, but chiefly because Republicans for decades have not stood up to Democrats and put them in their place. Republicans used to be the Democrats guard rails. In the 60's for whatever reason(s) they ceased being that safety net for The Republic and as such, abdicated their leadership positions and let the left run away with everything starting with the Public Education System on up. .

Back to the savior thing... I don't think he's the savior of our Republic. Truth be told, I think our Republic is doomed outside of divine intervention. That being said, there are FEW public individuals on the national stage that I believe truly at their core are sincerely rooting for the "USA"... IMHO, he is one of them.
