Me and the wife both have Covid. She had 3 shots and I had 2

It's been running through our shop for the last month.  Most cases are pretty mild.  The last guy who got it is older and wasn't vaccinated.  He's probably been the sickest.  Or at least that's what he says.    This is a guy who misses an average of about 24 days a year out sick so..

Those are just called extended weekends now.

usually Friday and Monday.

But I often pull the Thursday Friday just to trick them up.

They usually say if it is middle of the week it's prolly authentic.

Thursday is the middle of the week. especially if you take off Monday.

They are 3 and 12 this year. If they loose tomorrow and the Texans win we should get the first pick in the draft.

My weakness is I don't like letting my boss down. if I have a due date I hit it.

We used to have two weeks sick days but they changed it to 1 week pto instead of sick days. Some people were pissed about it but I think it's was great. It does away with abusing sick days and gives me another week I can use any time.

The only down side I can see is people will come in when they have a bad cold and spread it around because they don't want to spend PTO when they're not feeling well.

All three of my kids that live at home are sick. The youngest and the oldest are on the tail end after both staying home from work all of last week. My other son just started getting sick this weekend. So far all have flu/covid like symptoms and illness, but all of the covid tests came back negative. So far I have been holding steady.

My wife's mom is in the hospital right now with Covid. She is 81. They have her on oxygen and are keeping her blood oxygen levels up but it is taking a lot of oxygen. She is stable but it is now a waiting game to see if her immune system can overcome the virus. The one nice thing is the hospital now has modified visitation for Covid patients. My wife is able to visit with specific protocols and does not need to disclose vaccine status. I think of all of those people that died alone in a hospital in the early days of Covid for no reason.

I think you mistook my comments in the other thread. When I said China cooked up the virus, it wasn't alone. It was in an NIH funded, Fauci/Daszak approved GOF research lab. The elite of the Dem party and their loyal gov agency (CDC, NIH, FBI, etc) are all in on handing America over to China to save the wealth of their top donors.

Heard an ad on the radio this morning. It said if it's been over 2 months since your first set of shots or last booster, look into getting the latest booster. 2 MONTHS!

I have noticed a media effort to discredit "Died Suddenly". I scroll through my news feed the last few days and there are multiple articles trying to debunk mRNA vax injuries/deaths. They are cleverly crafted wordsmith articles that use a lot of big words to distract their dumbsmit readers from truths likes actual increases in deaths that insurance actuaries are seeing that can't be explained and are timed perfectly to match the vaccine rollouts.
