6 more inches of snow out my back door this morning. Ski resorts have passed the 800" mark on the season. Pretty sure I have not seen my entire lawn since early November...5 months of it being under snow gets old. Sure, the occasional patch of it melts off - only to be replaced with storms like this morning.

The snow has just about melted in our whole back yard, but the forecast is calling for 4"-8" tonight. Oh well, this going to be one of those years when spring is a week or two long before summer starts.

There is so much dirt in the air from all the wind that the oil from my hands where they had touched my car door was covered in fine dust. Sorry of like if you leave a hand print on a dirty car only reversed.

Just had crazy hail. Biggest I've ever seen in person and lasted for about 10 minutes. Luckily cars were all inside and the vinyl siding didn't get too busted up. Picked up a couple chucks over 2-1/2".

It's going to be in the high 80s here today, then a cold front will come through. It will bring 50-60 mph wind gusts this afternoon through tomorrow. The over night low will be in the low thirties. We are at such a high fire risk they worry that static electricity got start one.
