ROY is an acronym for rookie of the year and the #23 was LeBron's jersey number here. I had it for so many years, I just leave it in now. Kyrie Irving also won ROY.

Evan Mobley got robbed, should have won it. And Manny Ramirez lost out to a bum who was out of the league a couple years later.

Tired, stayed up until 2 in the morning. It was worth it (Guardians won in a comeback 12-11 in 10 innings)

Got a gift this morning. Chimney inspectors gave an estimate of nearly 10 grand ($440 per foot, 22 feet). Condo assoc. required us to have them inspected (never used it once in 30 years). I e-mailed them the inspection report and also called them. "If you don't want to pay that much, have Greg the maintenance guy seal off the chimney." Whew.... (he's coming tomorrow morning, he said he's been sealing off a ton of chimneys - guess I'm not the only one).
