Good!!! And it doesn't surprise me it originated from Minnesota. My mom was a Title Examiner for 30 years in the metro counties around Minneapolis and saw that shit all the time. Completely unfair to everyone that may be on hard times.

And no reason it should have made it to the SC, but glad it did to become nationwide.
