Colonoscopy?? No sweat. Drink, Shit , Drink ,Shit , Drink... Not Liquor, Get anesthesia , Wake up......Hopefully.

Shingles, No Clue. My Mom figured it would Kill you or it wouldn't.

She told me that I could poop in a box and send it in but then if it showed something bad, it would affect my insurance when I went in for the tubing. 

I may have to talk to the insurance company about it. I'd rather poop in a box.  I'll try to get ST to hold it for me.

My wife has had shingles more times than we can count. It sucks. She got the Shingrix shot. Swollen and sore arm at the injection site. That was a couple years ago. She has since felt like she's getting shingles, but it never quite evolves into anything. Kinda like getting the scratchy/dry nose/throat, but it never developing into a full blown a cold. We've chalked it up to the vax doing it's job.

I used to work with a guy that had shingles so bad he would run into a backroom whenever it flared falling on the floor screaming like he got acid splashed in his face. This went on for a few months. The first time I saw it it freaked me out thinking something happened.


My mom has had shingles a couple times and she is miserable with it. She did get the vaccine last year so we will see what happens.

No one in my family or relative's families have had Shingles even with children disease parties to make sure we got infected while we were young. Hopefully it stays that way.

My mother had a bout of Shingles between chemo regimens, she was utterly miserable.

With my wife going through chemo now, I suspect when this course is done, it'll be recommended that she get the shots.

My daughter had a bout with shingles about 18 months ago....not a happy time.

Pretty much everyone I know with the exception of a very few have had chicken pox.

They used to be...when a neighborhood kid came down with chicken pox, most families in the neighborhood would try to get their kids close in hopes of getting it done and over...

Several times I was exposed to chickenpox as a kid, never got it....noooooooo, it waited until I was 23 and that sucked!!!

I've heard that it's way more miserable as an adult.  ack. 

I got them when I was 4 or 5.  My sister and I got them at the same time.

If you get chicken pox as an adult it can cause sterility in men... or so I've heard.WAY better to get when you're younger.

I got it when I was 16. It wasn't awesome that's for sure.
