Trump says on Truth Social he’s been indicted in classified docs probe?

Former President Donald Trump has been indicted on seven federal criminal charges in connection with hundreds of classified government documents he retained after leaving the White House.

Trump himself disclosed the indictment in a series of posts on his Truth Social social media site on Thursday evening. He also said he has been summoned to appear in court in Miami on Tuesday.

Should be interesting to watch considering how Judicial Watch v. National Archives and Records Administration was ruled. In that case the judge (Amy Berman Jackson) stated in no uncertain terms;

"... the president had an absolute, unreviewable right to take any records or documents that he wants when he leaves office. "

I'm not defending anyone, just stating what has already been adjudicated and set as precedent.

Even if found guilty, he's got a hell of a good appeal case. 

Should Trump's appeal fail, then Bill Clinton and every other living POTUS and VeePee must face charges as well.

My opinion; it's purely political theater and is in place for one reason and one reason only... to.attempt to deraihiTrump's Presidential bid. The Prosecutor KNOWS about Judicial Watch v. National Archives.

The Dems and deep state are scared beyond belief of a second Trump presidency. They know he will go scorched earth on their power abuse and crimes. IMO, if they can't knock him out with these faked crimes/indictments I wouldn't be surprised if they have him taken out and find a Lee Harvey Oswald patsy to point the finger at.

Another aspect to this is there is actual evidence of Biden taking bribes for policy favor from foreign entities that is coming to light. They need to accuse someone else of crimes to distract their ignorant followers.
