When you select your operations in the operation manager and right click to select setup sheet, click on the setup sheet and hit F2. You'll be able to change to a few different stock setup sheets.  Try the Mill2.

I double checked and the Mill2 doesn't include the option for adding screen shots, but it's really simple to add that to the report.  I'm sure that one of us here can set you up.  If you use the stock setup sheets as a template it's fairly easy to modify them.

I'm not sure which setup sheet  you're using, but if it's based off of one of the active reports setup sheets -

  • Open the Active Reports designer.
  •

  • Open the report that you're using.  It will have an rpx extension - don't open anything that has a hyphen in front of it unless the image is in a sub-report. example: -Setup Sheet (MILL2-FILE).rpx

  • Click on the image that you want to change

  • Look in the lower right pane for the <image> setting

  • Click the box to the right of it that shows the image path, and select the image that  you want to use. Make sure it's stored somewhere that it will stay.

Quote from: neurosis post_id=3818 time=1610993108 user_id=49I just use active reports and edit the setup sheet with open office.

I was using X+ for a long time but my boss is cheap and X+ is no longer free.

Ditto that, my boss is cheaper than baby birds. I am sticking with 2019 for now because of X+, hoping that the purse strings loosen.
I like the compact design  of the X+ setup sheet. Now if I could only get the guys to actually READ the darned things.

yup
I've got a Cause and Corrective Action report I need to do

It was a proven program that has made good parts for 5 years
One tool is a wheel cutter, cutting a tight tolerance ceiling on the spindle side of the wheel cutter
It is programmed off the top face of the wheel cutter
The tool list says this
The tool sketch shows it
The man readable code in the file says this
The operator missed it, and set the offset off the bottom of the wheel cutter

Cause of the defect .... programming error!!!!!
Corrective action ....     slap the guy silly ???????  :popo:  :popo:
