I'm still waiting to hear some kind of comprehensive analysis of the indictment.  I woke up to this on CBS this morning.

I have a feeling that Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and some of these others are going to be screwed and if Trumps best defense is to use them as cannon fodder, that's exactly what he'll do.

I don't think it will matter, even they locked Trump up in prison I think he will still win and just pardon himself and the rest of them, the biden impeachment is going to have a bigger impact I think, this stuff is a farce

Even "IF" the House chooses to go this route, you need to remember, an impeachment is a political move....even were it to happen, it is DOA in the Senate. There does not exist a 2/3's majority to vote to convict, regardless of what the evidence may or may not be..it will not happen.

But as JP pointed out the system is what it is.

The House can vote to impeach by a simple majority, but the Senate needs a 2/3 majority to remove the President from office.

The US Senate couldn't get a 2/3 majority to agree what f'kin day it is, much less remove a President.

The Republican controlled Congress may impeach Biden, but I doubt it. Too many R's are useless pussies.
The Dem controlled Senate will never impeach Biden.
