Jesus, himself, ate meat and fish. LOL

Yep, a God approved menu. God gives us Meat and Vegetables. The devil only gives you vegetables. It's so obvious.

Truth! The Bible lists many times that Jesus was at a dinner or even served others but doesn't ever mention Jesus actually eating meat or fish.

Oh you mean just like EVERY other person who reads it?

Look, I guess I have to spell it out for some of you. I have never said that God didn't allow people to eat meat. It was allowed after the fall and sin entering the world. What I said was his original intent, as described in Genesis, was for man to eat plants. I'm not cherry picking anything, I have acknowledged both of those points from the bible. It's stubborn meat eaters that refuse to acknowledge that God wanted you to eat a plant based diet when he created mankind.

Luke24:41-43
Then, while they were still doubtful, and bewildered with joy, he asked them, Have you anything here to eat? 42 So they put before him a piece of roast fish, and a honeycomb; 43 and he took these and ate in their presence and shared his meal with them

But of course he ate lamb at the passover feast. If he had done anything out of the ordinary customs there it is certain that the gospels would have mentioned that and explained why.

keep trying you'll get it.  ;D

I stand corrected, but go ahead, prove me wrong about the diet God told Adam to eat and didn't change his tune until Noah. Then tell me he intended for you to eat meat.

you are highlighting the obscure and rejecting the obvious:

Acts 10:
9 Next day, while these were on their journey and were drawing near the city, Peter went up to the house-top about noon, to pray there. 10 He was hungry, and waiting for a meal; and while they were preparing it, he fell into a trance. 11 He saw heaven opening, and a bundle, like a great sheet, let down by its four corners on to the earth; 12 in it were all kinds of four-footed beasts, and things that creep on the earth, and all the birds of heaven. 13 And a voice came to him, Rise up, Peter, lay about thee and eat. 14 It cannot be, Lord, answered Peter; never in my life have I eaten anything profane, anything unclean.[3] 15 Then the voice came to him a second time, It is not for thee to call anything profane, which God has made clean.

All of that said, I don't think there is anything inherently wrong about vegan diets. You'll probably live longer than me, with that diet. Who knows? Long life is not my ultimate goal. The teachings from the Sermon on the Mount are my ultimate goal.

I thought you might like this verse. this really has to do with the question of whether Gentiles should eat the meat that was sacrificed to idols. But the overall sentiment is that we should not be a stumbling block to others.

Romans:14
17 The kingdom of God is not a matter of eating or drinking this or that; it means rightness of heart, finding our peace and our joy in the Holy Spirit. 18 Such is the badge of Christ's service which wins acceptance with God, and the good opinion of our fellow men. 19 Let our aim, then, be peace, and strengthening one another's faith. 20 It is not for thee to destroy God's work for the sake of a mouthful of food. Nothing is unclean; yet it goes ill with the man who eats to the hurt of his own conscience. 21 Thou dost well if thou refusest to eat meat, or to drink wine, or to do anything in which thy brother can find an occasion of sin, a cause for scandal or scruple.[8] 22 Thou hast a good conscience? Keep it a matter between thyself and God;
