There was a young  man who killed himself in my neighborhood doing this recently.
He wasn't wearing a seat belt and was ejected when his SUV flipped.
Fortunately he was alone so no one else was hurt.
This is a really stupid way to die.

Wow that brings back a memory.

I was in the 7th grade in a catholic school in our small town. Over the weekend, a teenage former student decided to give the school a "yard job" by doing donuts and spinning out in the grass. He flipped his truck over on himself and died doing it. He had 2 younger siblings in the school. We started off every Monday morning saying the pledge of allegiance around the flag pole. And that Monday morning, the principal, decided to go ahead and say the pledge in the same way. We all knew what had happened and we were standing there with our hands over our chests looking at the place where he had died. A lot of people today would be triggered by that. I still don't know what went on behind the scenes from teachers objecting to that decision to stand around the flag pole that morning or what not. But it's a moment I'll never forget and it made a lasting impact on me. I remember telling another kid, I hope I never die doing something like that.
