A 14-year-old Florida teen fatally shot his sister in an argument over Christmas gifts, only to be shot moments later by his own teenage brother, authorities said.

Not a legal gun to had but the carnage ensued....

No law changes that outcome, not a single one....unbelievably sad for the sister and rest of the family.
That is a crisis of heart...a complete lack of empathy, a complete breakdown of family on so many fronts.

From the sounds of it, it's too bad the two brothers didn't shoot each other and let everyone else enjoy Christmas.

Either way, neither one of those kids should have even been in possession of a firearm

Go to a Post Office.....you have 2 choices at that point, leave it in the locked vehicle OR break the law further and go in, of course you've already done by entering government property.

That's why I have a storage device in all my vehicles, and one that I carry with me when I travel. 

The real criminal is still whoever stole the gun in the 1st place though.
