Big Kaiser Boring head

We have a few EWN2-152E-CK6 Big Kaiser Boring Heads.
One is feeling tight and looks like it needs torn apart, cleaned and re-greased.
Anybody ever dis-assembled one? They bore a lot of Oil Light cast bronze, very flakey.

Or do we bite the bullet and send it in to BK?
(can't be cheap)

Never taken one apart but can't imagine it being very complex.
Take lots of pictures.

There is a pin that looks like it needs a mini slide hammer to remove.
under that is the locking mechanism.
Oh what fun....
