Welp. That went just about how I expected. :coffee:

Going back to back in this era of college hoops is pretty impressive. Congrats to UConn.

I kinda liked Hurley as a coach, but seeing him out on the court chirping at Edey on the way to a timeout made me want Zach to floor his arrogant little ass.

Congrats to UConn for the repeat, and to Purdue for a great run.

The thing I was most proud of this year was my East bracket only had 1 loss, and my Midwest bracket only had 2.

The rest were a bloodbath of red ink, but those two looked pretty nice!  8)

Congrats also to Corey for winning the emc group, which comes with bragging rights for a year, and nothing else.  :harhar:

Buy hey, YOUDAMAN!!

Hmmmmm...
Big bucks left on the table there.
Wonder if these guys (Scott Drew and Dan Hurley) know something we don't...

Kentucky is a very rewarding job but also very tough. Only coaching position tougher was replacing John Wooden. But even with a shortening field I'm still glad Calipari is gone. I'm willing to wait a couple of years to get back to prominence. I still like Bruce Pearl if they offer and the coach at Arizona who spent 22 years as Mark Fews assistant. Mark Pope of BYU is a former player and national champion. Any can do better than Cal the last 5 years.

We just might be the whitest team in basketball next year.

Over 20,000 people showed up to Rupp Arena to welcome Coach Pope. That had to strike a chord on Cal.
